To access flip up the counter which is done through a piano hinge and a latching system allowing you to have the counter fully out of the way. The legs has even been designed to hold towels in the event your using this home as a cottage and are located on a lake OR have a hot tub. however they could really be used for anything, however this was the inspiration for the custom table leg design. This also allows for a fluid inside outside space. You can also have all of it down or 1/2 to allow for a serving counter or inside/outside seating.
